By downloading, installing, or using GameTOK ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
GameTOK is a mobile gaming platform that allows users to discover, play, and share HTML5 games. The App includes both games developed by GameTOK and third-party games from our publishing partners.
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

GameTOK reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms. We respond to all reports of inappropriate content within 24 hours.
All games on GameTOK are rated 4+ (suitable for all ages). Games are reviewed before being added to ensure they contain no objectionable content.
Some games on GameTOK are provided by third-party developers through our publishing partnerships. While we review all games for content compliance, we are not responsible for the functionality or content of third-party games.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GameTOK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
